I started a few days ago and I'm completely sore. I won't give up though I really want to drop this 20lbs maybe a little more. Anyone else doing it? Care to share your experiences?

I did two rounds of Turbo Fire last year and I use it to supplement my other workouts now. I lost a TON of inches and overall probably 15 lbs but I wasn't as good about my eating as I should have been. Eat clean and you will see amazing results.0

I'm in week 6 of Turbo Fire & love it! Push through the soreness, you won't regret it!0

Yes, I started on Sunday and love it! The thing I love most about it is you do such an intense work out for only 20 min. Yesterday, I got home from work and grocery shopping, helped my son with homework and only had 30 minutes for a work out. Put the DVD in and did the 20 minute HIIT. It kicked my butt!
Totally love it! What do you put on for the exercise tracker though?0 -
I'm on week 6, to track I use the "kickboxing (including turbojam)" option...
I'm getting a HR monitor soon so I can see what I'm actually burning.
I love it, in 6 weeks I've lost around 15lbs and built lots of muscle and even more confidence.0 -
Hi there. I'm almost done with week 5. I think it's safe to say I am addicted I have only lost about 2 lbs since starting, but honestly I blame that on my diet more than anything. Trying to clean that up!
I log my calories using a heartrate monitor and usually burn around 500 cals per workout.0 -
Thanks for the way to track the exercise.0

I'm in week 4 of Turbo Fire and l'm loving it. Very fun if you are into the kicboxing/dance type of workouts. I have lost 3 pounds so far and using this as motivation to finish it.0

I'm in my 3rd round of Turbo Fire and never plan to stop doing it. During my first 20 week round I lost 18 lbs and 8 inches. This program makes me want to get out of bed to workout at 4:30am every day. Don't be intimidated by the movements...it does take a bit of practice to get them all flowing together but if you stick with it you will quickly adapt.
Chalene is a great instructor, the music is very motivating, and the movements are intense but not so difficult that they can't be mastered.
I highly recommend this program to anyone and everyone!

I love Turbo Fire. I am in Week 10 and have lost 21 lbs and 11.5 inches!!!! Push through the hurt, but also give your body a rest when you need it!!!0

Thank you all so much for your replies. (I've also been tracking w/ the kickboxing/turbo jam option also) I'm going to keep going I was doing turbo jam for a year and it got too easy. Turbo fire's gotten a little easier since I've started a few days ago. I love the moves, the music and the over all setting so I know I'll stick with it. But that soreness wasn't a joke. >_<0

Thanks for the way to track the exercise.
No problem, I was counting it wrong for the first little while.
I'm not finding that TF is getting easier per say, I'm just getting better at it. My jumps are higher, I dont need to modify anymore. I love it, my body has changed so much.0 -
I'm in week 2 and enjoying my TurboFire experience so very much! I find myself adding in workouts here and there because they're so enjoyable. I LOVE how Chalene warms us up before the workout and cools us down afterward. I also love how she takes the time to instruct us how to stretch for increased flexibility and overall better results. I was hesitant to order, thinking I wouldn't be able to keep up, but I did it anyway! Best decision ever!. So far 8 lbs down.
Edit:
Instead of using kickboxing (including Turbo Jam), I create custom workout logs (i.e. TurboFire: Fire 55 EZ / Stretch 10) and input the related info (duration, calories burned).0 -
I just started it about a week ago and just finished up an exercise and am sore... but feel really really accomplished. Stick to it--- it gets better!!!0
