Dam messed up metabolism!

Ate well and worked out yesterday, and gained almost a pound! I have worked out almost every day. But I am not giving up, I know healing my damaged metabolism is a process and I will stay on the journey. Always wanting instant gratification is what has screwed it up to begin with! =P =P

Good theory, but if I don't pay close attention, I could easily gain 5 pounds in a week. So I weigh about every other day.0
