Failry new to MFP but love it...five days into it and honestly I would rather log into MFP than Facebook!
Question is: once you have reached your goal weight, how do maintain it ? Do I stay at the calorie level I've been all along.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Go into goals and then change it from lose to maintain.0

Give yourself a goal range. Your weight will fluctuate daily. It's even worse when you are at a healthy weight.
I just switched over to Maintenance. You might even drop a bit more weight when you switch or you could see a small increase as your body adjusts to the new calorie goal. Don't worry about that. It will go back down.
I actually dropped 2lbs after switching. I have a BodyMedia Fit (and armband worn 24/7) that I have worn for a month now and I know how many calories I burn in a day. My Maintenance is 1470 (according to MFP) and on my laziest, laziest day (Sunday) I still burned 1641. My average is between 1800 and 2200 depending on exercise and daily activity. (I'm 5'2" and 122.8lbs right now).0
