Getting serious with my diet!

I have been trying to loose weight for over a year now and have had some success. To date I have lost 24 lbs! I have succesfully kicked my own butt, getting up at 4 am to workout and squeezing in extra workouts on my lunch hour and after an 10 hour day at work. I have (to my surprise) stuck with it really well. Recently I entered a Biggest Loser competition at work which has jump started my competitive side and has inspired me to (ugh) diet/count calories. Normally I hate dieting because I always cheat or screw up and then just feel lousy about myself and end up giving up. So I am going to attempt to keep track of what I eat and see how it effects my weight loss journey. So here I go... :ohwell:

    welcome Nikki,

    This site is just as much about motivation and support as it is about counting calories.

    Great place to get healthy living ideas and the motivation you need to act on it. Even if you have a bad day with your diet, we are all here to support each other.
