Hi my name is Vera and im 31 years old! I have two kids who are seven and 4 and between that and life I have gained about 50 lbs in the last 8 years. Im at the heaviest Ive ever been! I have lost 12 pounds so far thanks to mfp! Im going thru a divorce so food as it has always been has been a huge comfort to me! Im hoping to break that habit and I want to feel happy normal like myself again! I enjoy reading the posts and weight loss stories its such a motivator!

Hi Vera.. This is Nancy from Egypt.. I have also put on a lot of weight last year after my sister's death.. I am 5'5.5" and I reached 178 lbs.. Thanks Allah, I am now 165.4 and I really wish to reach 130 lbs.. I am a 23 year old pharmacist
