Just gotta get it out!!

A few months ago I couldn't get through but about 5 minutes on the stairclimber....I'd go for 1 minute intervals, pause it and rest for 30 seconds and start going again. And by the time those 5 minutes were up I was huffin' and puffin! So pitiful.

I just did 18 minutes without stopping, and without feeling like I was going to die when I got off. :)
Pair that with my 32 minutes on the elliptical at the higher resistance right before....I feel like I'm doing much better in the exercise dept and I'm just so happy! It's so nice to actually realize I'm doing better!!

    that is awesome! Congratulations. I don't like working out on a full stomach, but it has done me wonders eating a bananna real fast before my workout in the AM. It isn't too much and seems to give me the extra energy i need to finish out :)

    It feels good to see the work going somewhere!! You know...it's awesome to me because before I started losing, one of my turning points was being out of breath taking a shower and drying off. I mean, that is horrible. And it's nice to know I've gone from that to being able to get a decent workout in!
