What's for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks?

I am revising an old thread that I like very much. The food chart is great but sometime i don't like messing with all those numbers.
so here goes!

Breakfast :

2oz of shredded wheat, 1 cup of 1% milk , Splenda 1 pkg.
Lunch: bowl of black bean soup. Ice tea, 1 T sour cream on top of soup
Supper l. big salad of brocolli, lean ham, celery radish, cabbage. carrots, squash, Brocolli slaw ! T. of hidden vallry spicy dressing.
Snacks Greek yogurt and fruit.
2 nd snacks yogurt and fruit.

    I am planning my menu for tomorrow.
    but first my goal tomorrow is to GET out and walk 3 times hopfully around the block

    Breakfast: 4 oz of cottage cheese,..... 6 oz of chopped peaches. 4 oz of oatmeal.

    lunch" 4 oz of black beans...... 12 oz of CALIFLOWER. 1 ORANGE

    sUPPER 4 OZ OF GRILED FISH..... 5 OZ OF CARROTS,,, 6 OZ OF CHOPED SALAD......1 T. Of SALAD DDRESSING[ hIDDEN VALLEY SPICY...... .4 oz of bulgar.

    Breakfast:
    4 oz Protein
    2 scram ble eggs

    4 oz grain
    4 oz of steele cuts oats.

    1 fruit---- 1 med orange

    Lunch
    4 oz protein 4 oz of beans

    1 fruit
    baked apple

    12 oz veggie

    1 T oil

    supper
    4 oz grain----bulgar

    4 oz protein
    4 oz of grilled fish

    12 oz veggie..... 1 T oil

    Snack 8 oz. of 1 % milk for low blood sugar If needed

    Thanks Xyla. But I did pulled a boo boo today. First sweets i had in my mouth in almost 1 1/ 2 month. I can't believe we done that. We never have before enjoy a dessert before.     1 fruit orange

    Lunch
    4 oz protein 4 oz of cottage cheese

    1 fruit 4 oz of rhubard and strawberries

    12 oz veggie 12 oz of carrots.

    1 T oil Olive oil.

    4 oz grain 4 oz of sweet potato Baked

    4 oz protein4 oz of ham

    6 oz of Brocolli. 6 oz of califlower ! t . butter



    I did goofed up today.

    6 oz of green beans....... 6 oz of Brussell sprouts ! T butter.

    1 T oil olice oil

    12 oz veggie..... of roasted carrots1 T oil

    Breakfast: 2 eggs scramble, 1 orange, 4 oz of oatmeal

    Lunch 4 oz of beans, 12 oz of mixed veggies Brocoli, califlower. carrtos, baked apple

    Supper. 4 oz oz pinto beans12 oz of xhopped salad. ! T full fat dressing

    Snack glass of milk if needed for blood sugar.
