How to log physical therapy

Just wondering...
I am working on returning from a fairly severe knee injury. I go to physical therapy 3 times a week and do my exercises multiple times a day. I would like to log this in my exercises (since it's about the only exercises I am doing) so that I know how many calories I might be burning, but I am not sure how. Any ideas?

what are you doing for therapy???? I am rehabing an achilles tendon, and my PT is all strenght no cardio so I cant count it, but I did for a while "chair dancing" no using my left foot and sitting doing aerobic type moves with the rest of the body- that counted as cardio0

Actually I find that the site under estimate calories burned, When I use to log circuit training for 20 minutes the site said I burner around 320 calories once I got my hrm I found I was burning lot more then what MFP said.0 -

It may not be as over estimated as you think .I checked your profile and your a lot younger then me so you would burn more if you ever use a hrm I'm curious to know what you come out with?0 -
I logged my PT under
Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort
I couldn't do an thing high impact, but leg lifts and stationary bike and rollie things on the giant exercise ball among others
I underestimated my time, since this site seems to overestimate exercise calories a bit.0 -
