Mini Goals!

Hi,
I am looking for friends to set and achieve reasonable mini-goals with. I am trying to lose 2 lbs per week and just started the program last week. Hoping to find supportive and encouraging friends to help me along the way. Here are some suggested mini goals:

Fitting into those "old favorite" jeans or other clothing item that has grown too small.
Challenging myself to exercise more than half of the days of the week.
10 lbs loss (and non-food oriented celebration)

I am open to suggestions and know that I am motivated by reward-based loss.
