Please help i just seem to have stoped loosing weight and starting to feel like i cant be botherd anymore.
I just need everyones tips and advise to help motivate me and help me get into the groove again.

Im 24 5ft1 and 206 pounds 38.9 BMI
I have 3 children Ones at school and type 1 diabetic then i have a 2 year old and a 5 month old.
so on school days i do 2 hour walks and hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon.

    Do you do any type of strength training? That might very well help if not. You can get an inexpensive set of hand held weights for home or a resistance band ... and there are several things you can do at home merely using your own body weight for resistance. Squats, dips (need only a chair), lunges, bicept curls, bench press (I do these on the floor laying down), etc. It might be worth a try?? Good luck!!

    you seem to do lots of walking, maybe you should change up your food and add in some toning?

    food is my downfall! i also do lots of walking and other exercise. i find i can do a few good food days and then have a bad one! on good days i always let myself have a small treat, otherwise its just too hard. good luck!
