Hey friends.
I just wanted to share a tip. I have been doing this to curb my appetite late in the day and it works great.
What I do is I take a can of Progresso reduced sodium soup, preferrably chicken noodle as it is 180 calories for the whole can and heat it up. I put it in a cup with a handle and make it REALLY HOT... Way too hot to eat, even on a hot day. I try to sip it and it takes a long time to drink because it is so hot.. When it is gone I feel great and it keeps me full for a few hours
If anyone else has any other good tips for late afternoon crash let me know. If you want to look at my pictures and foods feel free... I am stuck here at 172 pounds. I only weigh in every 3-4 weeks....

Oooo I do the same thing with Trader Joe soups! They three that are my go-to are organic tomato and roasted pepper, butternut squash and latin bean. All 100 or less calories per serving. They are all pretty darn thick so I mix it with a splash of water to thin them out and sip on them with a reduced fat cheese stick. Perfect snack!0

I do animal crackers. I like the crunch and it helps me. They are 140 calories for 17 (depends on the brand of animal crackers) and 4 grams of fat. They are good and I can share them with my kids!0

If you are tea drinker, try Black or Green teas.0
