Just asking -- what is your best Shakeology recipe?

    I use all organic fruit. Put all ingredients in blender. Blend and serve.

    1 cup frozen strawberries
    3/4 cup frozen blueberries
    1 fresh kiwi peeled
    1 scoop raw protein powder (by Garden of Life)
    1 scoop Super Seed Beyond Fiber (by Garden of Life)
    1 T organic coconut oil (by garden of life)
    2 cups water


    Calories: 427
    Carbs: 52
    Protein: 28g
    Fat (it's all the good kind!): 18g

    I usually just drink 1/2 of the serving above - save the other 1/2 for later in the day. :)

    Ooops! I just realized you wanted a specific brand (Shakeology?) of a nutrition shake recipe. :)

    Anyway - the recipe I posted is still a nice one to have on hand. Enjoy!

    OOoh your recipe sounds good... what could I substitufe for the coconut oil though. Im allergic to coconut... grr

    I don't have the Shakeology, but I'm sure they have a chocolate flavor... if so, I just mix about 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup skim milk, and 1 scoop chocolate protein powder. Reminds me of a Strawberry Julius, but no (added) sugar!!! Or chocolate covered strawberries... YUM either way :D
  • Today was my first experience with Shakeology. My coach sent me a sample of the Chocolate & the Greenberry. It was absolutely wonderful & the added plus is that it controls ur appetite for HOURS!!!

    Today I had the following:

    In the blender, mix:

    1 pkg Chocolate Shakeology
    1 cup soy milk (Silk original)
    1 tsp REGULAR Peanut Butter (the low-fat kind removes the stuff that is GOOD for you, just FYI)
    1 medium Banana
    1 cup of ice

    Blend & enjoy!!!!
