Calories in apple peel?

Just wondering if anyone knows the nutrition facts for apple peels. I know they are higher in fiber and vitamins than the apple's fruit, but is it also more in calories? It is a common snack of mine, and instead of recording just a plain old apple I would like to be more accurate Thanks!

There are about 5 - 8 calories in the peel from one average size apple

Don't know what it is but apples are so low in calories already my suggestion is to eat it and get the benefits of the fiber, which help keep you feeling full for longer.0

Thanks for the tip. I do eat whole apples, as well as peels, but sometimes when I am baking or I am just craving it, I'll have a peel.

The cal counter has apple with peelings in there. An apple a day keeps the doctor away! Truth!0
