Just thought I would start a quick game... Share one of your favorite simple health tricks!

Always leave something on your plate when you have finished.

Plan your meals ahead of time to spread out your calories and create a menu you can live with. Don't get stuck at the end of the day being way under or way over.0

vinegar is pretty amazing stuff. use it in place of mayo in chicken salad, tuna salad, or in place of olive oil when roasting veggies like asparagus. zingy!0

Eat your carbs earlier in the day (some articles state no carbs after 3pm)0

Multivitamins are great for your health and energy level when you're on a low-cal diet.0

use plain yogurt instead of sour cream, especially in strong tasting dishes (like tacos). More calcium and less fat, and unlike fat-free sour cream, you can get it without stuff like modified cornstarch, etc. (Of course, you need to read labels.)0
