I realized I am not a "meal" eater

I have a few different health issues, and if I eat a full meal I invariably heave and vomit. (Not purposefully).

But, snacking works for me.

Can anyone share their easy snacks so I can do more than yogurt, coco pop cakes, cheese sticks, etc?

    Nuts, half of sandwich, hummus, bagel thins, fresh veggies/fruit

    vitatops, tostitos and salsa, 100 calorie popcorn, nutri grain bars, rice cakes

    peanut butter sandwiches, eggs and bacon, fat free plain yogurt with fruits, salad and grilled chicken, tuna salad

    I tend to snack on...
    Apples
    Pears
    Bananas
    Baby Carrots
    Celery
    Almonds

    I have also gone for low sugar protein bars and drinks too.

    celery with peanut butter, sugar free or fat free pudding or jello cups, fruit cups (in juice, not syrup), fruit, granola bar, hard boiled egg, carrots
  • Sometimes for a mid-afternoon snack I eat a small can of albacore tuna and mix it with low-fat mayo, relish and some garlic salt. Yum! And it keeps you satisfied the next time you have to eat.
