Calorie intake Help!!

So at the moment, my recommended calorie intake is set at about 1450, for a loss of 1.5 lbs per week, but I was wondering what would happen if I brought it up to maintenance level for one day a week? I'm usually pretty good with my calories and exercise but I seem to have lost it in the past 2 days.
I usually try to eat back at least some of my exercise calories but my net calorie intake is usually about 900, I'm working on getting it higher and don't want to go into starvation mode so I have relaxed it a bit for the past 2 days.
I will get everything sorted and back on track on Monday when I go to the gym again but I was wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar and could offer advice =)
