Hi!

I joined MFP last May when I got my iPhone but never used it until recently. I have already dropped from 252 to 228.5 since Jan 1, and dropped a total of 17 inches since 01/29/2011, so it is a good start. I have been eating really healthy, as well as going to the gym/running/cyclying 5 days a week since Feb 1, and I feel fantastic!

Looking at starting either the Jillian Michael's Shred or P90X after my trip home in May, any suggestions? Feel free to add me and we can motivate each other!!
