Looking to get back in shape and lose a few pounds and learn how to monitor my food intake in an effort to eat healthier. 1 day done. For me, it was an eye opener how much salt I eat without even touching a salt shaker. Doing elliptical for cardio until warm weather arrives. Also doing strength training. 3 month anniversary of quitting smoking was this week so that was an inspiration. I gained about 50 lbs after quitting the smokes. Luckily I was a rake to begin with.:glasses:

    Congrats on being smoke free!
