I really need some good lunch ideas...I'm a picky eater and so far all I been eating is grilled chicken breast (got a G.F grill) and corn on the cob...I'm home usually for lunch so I can cook my lunches...I would love to know some lunch ideas that yall use!

My favorite is 3 oz small Shrimp, PC Seafood rub, 3 asparagus, 1 cup Spinach. Stir fry this all together. No oil needed cause the shrimp provide liquid. when the shrimp is heated and the asaragus is cooked to your liking. Serve over whole wheat Rice.
