Hi everyone,
I've been using the Web site and App for the last few months and I've been amazed at the progress so far. I live in the South West of the UK.
I've tried all sorts of diets in the past and always failed miserably. I was always waiting for the diet to finish so I could stuff my self with all of the food I'd been missing. I don't consider this to be a diet but rather a change in eating habits. I'm still able to eat everything I used to but now in moderation. Now I think twice about whether I have two small biscuits for a snack or a nice big apple ( gone are the days I would eat an entire pack of biscuits in one go )

I have lost 33 lbs to date, that's about half way to my first realistic goal. Once there I'll have to decide whether I want to maintain that weight or lose some more.
