ok so im only 23, i have 2 gorgeous boys one is nearly 2 and the other is only 4 weeks old, After giving birth to my 2nd a few weeks ago i totally lost my appetite being so sleep deprived and also running around for my 2 year old. I dropped 3kgs in one week!! But this was from just not eating much at all. (not good at all)
Anywho my appetite has come back and now im into the swing of things i am finding im always hungry, ive never dieted before but after joining this site and finding out my BMI i am in desperate need to loose some weight,
I just dont know what foods keep you fullest for longer? and is there anytihng in particular i could be doing to get my stomach down?? ooo and another thing, does anyone know of any good creams to get rid of stretch marks??

I have some bad news for you. Nothing gets rid of stretch marks. The little "factory workers" that heal your skin are not present at all in stretch marks. So while they may fade over time, there is nothing, bar surgery, that can get rid of them. This information was given to me by a plastic surgeon and a dermatologist
As for the food, I find that food that is in it's natural state keeps me the fullest (fruit, veggies, meat). The more processed it is, the quicker my body seems to want more. Also try keep your water intake up.A lot of the time we mistake thirst for hunger.
Sorry I cannot be of more help. I wish I could as I am in a very similar boat.0 -
After having 4 children and gaining about 50 pounds with each pregnancy, I have lots of stretch marks! But, think of it this way...they are just reminders of the beautiful babies you now have! If you're nursing your newborn, it helps to reduce the stomach "pooch" 'cause your uterus contracts when you nurse. Anything with lots of fiber will help you stay full longer - oatmeal, etc. Best of luck on your weight loss journey!:flowerforyou:0

i hear ya, no offense but i dont see my stretch marks as awesome reminders, i had alot on my sides and they do fade with time, my daughter is 13 months and u can see them if u get close but from far away its not too bad..i still see them and dont like them , so i do wanna try that merderma creme..it might not work and if doesnt then oh well, but if it helps a little, then i'll be happy. I started my "loosing baby weight" journey a year ago..i was SO SURE i was gonna loose the weight within months, then by the time she was 1, but now shes almost 14 months and i have 11-12 pds to go..and once u dont have that much to loose..its takes forever, its been a battle. i loose maybe a pd a month, or a pound every 3 months. so my advice is that its gonna take a LONG time. but its doable,i eat alot of chicken cause i dont like fish, but if u do, eat fish, turkey, chicken, brown rice, fruit and veggies, nuts, although i dont care what anyone says..if i snack on a lil bit of fruit or veggies, im hungry like 20 min later, so i try to eat a decent meal for dinner and lunch and snack on the small stuff in between.
i'm now trying the 30 day shred by jillian michaels because u loose inches not really pds, so we'll see if that helps.
good luck0
