I have recently joined, and am trying desperately hard to lose about a stone. I am going to a function weekend 13-15 May and I need to get into a dress Ive got. Easter is also coming up, what do you think, should I avoid chocolate completely, have an egg and make it last??? Its gonna be really tough watching everyone else eat eggs when I cant! : (

Hard boiled, you can just pop the yolk out, and easter eggs aren't that bad.... Plus a yolk now and then isn't the end...

Oh, you mean candy..... other people eating candy didn't make me fat. Me eating candy won't make me healthier.... I did get my grandmother a marshmallow and caramel filled candy egg, and she enjoyed it so very much it was more fun to watch her eat it than it would have been to eat it myself....

I could lend you my grandmother, I suppose. ;)

If you build the chocolate into your calories for the day, then have one. I eat cookies a couple times a week, but I put them in as part of my calorie allotment for the day. Then I don't completely blow my "diet" becaus of my sweet tooth!
So enjoy, and don't deprive yourself. Just stay smart about it.
    HAPPY EASTER!!

Only eat the white of the egg and you could have a few...good protein!! If you can control yourself with chocolate ( I can't. lol) then you could have 1-2 pieces, but try to stick to at least 70% cacao and don't chew it right away, let it melt slowly in your mouth so it lasts longer.
