So does myfitnesspal change how many calories your allowed to have automatically? my max used to be 1530 and now it's 1490...and I didn't do anything to it. What determines the change? Does it just change over time? or according to weight loss?(I've lost 7lbs since I started mfp)

It should only change if you changed something in your goals/settings or your weight has gone down 10 pounds or more I think. Hmm... Are you maybe noticing the difference between days you exercise and days that you don't?0 -

I thnik your weight loss triggers the change. Mine was 1240 when I started, and now it's 1200. I think that's as low as it goes. Hope so !0

That is as low as it will go.
It does change slightly with weight loss, and you don't have to lose 10 lbs for that to happen.0
