So does myfitnesspal change how many calories your allowed to have automatically? my max used to be 1530 and now it's 1490...and I didn't do anything to it. What determines the change? Does it just change over time? or according to weight loss?(I've lost 7lbs since I started mfp)

It should only change if you changed something in your goals/settings or your weight has gone down 10 pounds or more I think. Hmm... Are you maybe noticing the difference between days you exercise and days that you don't?

Even with this it's not an automatic change - you have to approve it. Sounds like settings were changed or you logged exercise that increased your goal for a given day.

I thnik your weight loss triggers the change. Mine was 1240 when I started, and now it's 1200. I think that's as low as it goes. Hope so !
  • That is as low as it will go.

It does change slightly with weight loss, and you don't have to lose 10 lbs for that to happen.
