I just joined. I'm looking to lose 15 pounds by my wedding in December. Does anyone have any suggestions on a workout routine? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    First congrats on your upcoming wedding and joining MFP. I love this place it helps me keep track of my calories, work out routine, meals and the people are super friendly.
    Just find a routine that will work best for you. I, myself work out 5 days a week with an 1hr of cardio with running at least 1-2 miles twice a week and 15/20mins of strength training. I eat sensible (sometimes I slip) but for the most part I stay with in my calories.
