A Baggy, Sweaty, NSV

I just thought I'd share a little NSV with everyone... Today I am going out with my hubby to buy new workout pants! It's time.. some are so old that they have holes and some are so baggy that they won't stay in place while I exercise! I haven't had to buy new workout pants since undergrad (and i'm in my 4th year of pharmacy school now). I'm pretty excited that it's finally time for new ones!

A second little NSV i've noticed lately is how much i sweat when i work out. I used to get sweaty, but not like I do now. I mean it's like water running down my face now! I hear this is a good sign of a strong metabolism so I'm glad to see my metabolism is boosting a bit!

I love a good sweaty workout. I don't understand how few of the others in my spin class don't sweat. I'm usually dripping sweat by the third song!

YES @hrous!! I love a sweaty workout too. When I am done, I want to be drenched, gross yes, good workout yes!!! lol... Anyway, much congrats to you on your NSVs. Great job!!! I know it feels good to need smaller clothes

I haven't worked hard enough if I'm not soaking wet by the end of my workout. I love it. Congrats on the NSV!
