I am going to be staying at a cabin for 2 days. We are going 4-wheeling. Which I totally love. We ride trails, typically it is from bar to bar. We stop, have a beer and have lunch, dinner or snacks. Bar food generally consists of junk. I want to be careful, but the tempation is there. Any advice?
Thanks,
MK

Hard to do but like everyone else tells me...BRING YOUR OWN.. don't know how your going to manage that. Back pack it.,Bring your own sandwich, apples, 100 cal snack packs whatever you like to eat and is healthy:wink: .
  • Someone posted something not too long ago about a pack you can put on your bike or ATV--you can pack it with fruit, veggies and light beer so you don't blow your health regime over the weekend!

Yep...I'm a little scared for Labor Day weekend also. Going to Lake of the Ozarks and that means...LOTS of drinking! In fact, we usually wake up in the morning and make mudslides! Oooo! Gonna be a tough weekend. I think I'm gonna try and go running in the mornings, although I'm not really familiar with the area. It's a friends Uncle who has the lake house. I'm going to bring lots of fruits and veggies. There are going to be probably about 8 of us there, and lots of times they cook for us. That's gonna be the hard part. It's usually pizza one night, burgers another, pasta salads, so on and so forth. And I can't really be rude and say NO. So...it will be one of those things where I do the best I can and then work my butt off again when I get home. And it's only for 4 days. It won't KILL me!
