my coworker introduced me to this, and i am really excited about getting started. It is time for a change.

    Go on everyday even it you eat too much. Don't get discouraged. The more you stick with it the more you'll loose. It is a big help to have the support and when you see it written down, WOW. Buy yourself a scale and get a book on portion control. It's not about
    giving up everything you love. It's about learning to make better choices and portion control. Good Luck, you'll find all the help you need.
