hello and welcome
i found that out when i joined in january. but i made some friends on here and they have helped to keep me accountable. the best thing to do is keep your diary open so people can help you with meal ideas etc. and get active as u will def see results. try and eat clean and get loads of fruit and veg in everyday.
good luck on your journey.0 -
Make sure you are eating your full allowance and try to eat slow release energy foods. I always found I was hungry in the morning until I started eating porridge for breakfast. I make it quite thick and it keeps me full for hours.

Have you checked out different recipes to see what you can eat?
I used to be hungry stressing over each and every calorie, but as the weeks went by I learn how to stretch the calories out and make them last. More filling food, I am not sure, but I rarely go over these days and I don't feel hungry.
The lifestyle change is finding the balance and what you can do consistently. Giving up those things you don't need and finding the splurges that make you happy and fitting them into your calorie budget.
I understand it gets easier as you go on and very doable when you reach your goals and are in maintenance mode.
Just keep up the good work and it will all work out!0
