I am pretty new to this site and took my first before pic today. Although I have lost a total of 9 pounds altogether I just now worked up the nerve for a picture. I am top heavy with a smaller bottom and of course I dislike it very much. I have this fear of looking like an egg on toothpicks as i get older:sad: I am desparately needing some inspiration and would welcome any tips for these trouble spots. Thanks in advance!!! BTW I love this site!!!
I so meant APPLE!!!!! I guess I just wish I were a pear!!! I will repost. thanks!!

If you're top heavy, you might be an apple shape. Pears usually store their fat in their hips and thighs.

I posted some of my before and afters here, I still have about 10 to go. I was large on top, and had no butt. And at times got referred to as having chicken legs. I now have more butt than ever, (sorry I don't have that in my pics. lol) I always looked more like a box because my shirts had to be big enough to get over my boobs. I didn't loose too much on top at all. The pic showing my abdomen was last summer, so I have gained about five pounds since. SO I do Zumba, and Core Secrets Ab Assault.
