New to Fitness Pal, left previous weight loss program

I have been with a previous weight loss program for years (since 2003) and took a year off when I had my baby. I lost the weight I gained when I had my baby but for the last year I could not get below 145-147. It was like I was just maintaining and not loosing. Needless to say I felt discourage and since money was tight I thought I try another program that is free. I found the application on the Iphone for MyFitnessPal and read great reviews. I love the program, I can really keep track of what I am eating on my phone and I love that at the end of the day I can see how I did. So far I am at 141! Yeah!

I am really exited how I will do with this program in the next 12 wks.

    Welcome! Keep in mind this isn't a weight loss program, per se. It's a place to track your meals & caloric intake and your exercise. As far as a diet & fitness program, that is totally open-ended and up to you.
