Weight Train Calories Burned

Is there a way to add your weight training calories burned to your daily results? I know you can add the exercise, but it doesn't give an estimate. I'm not even sure how to estimate to be honest.
Just wondering if I missed something or if you all have a work-around.

Do a google search. It will give you a tool that allows you to type in your weight and type of exercise and it will display calorie burn. Then custom add the workout to your MFP exercise login area. That way, it will be on your list each time you go to log it. I work out with kettle bells so I need to add that to mine as well.0

Yes go to the cardio section and put in weight training.
I always do my 45 min there, then post each thing I did so I can keep it for a record.0
