Breakfast: healthy biscuits & gravy

For biscuits we just use the biscuit recipe on the heart-healthy Bisquick box. here is the recipe for the vegetarian "sausage" gravy:
1/2 package Smart Ground
2 cups cooked white beans
2 tbs olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
10-12 fresh sage leaves
warm up smart ground in the pan. separately, puree white beans w/ olive oil and broth in a blender until smooth. Add smart ground, salt and pepper, heat through. Mixe in chopped sage and cook for 2 minutes. serve over biscuits.
