Help with the craziness of it all! :)

I am new to the site, and just looking for some advice, or encouragement...I am shooting for a weight loss of 25 lbs to get started, and I am a little overwhelmed.
I'm a single Mom who is always WAY too busy and on the go.
I have a lot of bad habits to break, like not eating breakfast, skipping other meals as well when I can't find time for them, and I am not getting nearly enough sleep. I actually think that if I would correct those three things I would lose some weight automatically. :)
Do you guys have any tips/advice to share?
