I've been drinking them...0 calories, no artifical flavors..really loving the flavors! Gives me a break from plain water..heard the mio ones at walmart are good too. :happy:

    lifewater and mio are the only no cal "juice/water" drinks that don't make the throat feel sore or give me headaches after a while. I heart them both!

    I think i drink life water... it's SOBE right? I love them... as long as you get the 0 calories...but in each bottle there is 2.5 servings which gives you 18 carbs... so one a day is my limit!

    I love SOBE lifewater but it is sweetened with Truvia (with contains erythritol *sp?*) so I get bloated when I drink the whole bottle :( I don't think it has this effect on most people, I'm just super sensitive to sugar alcohols, even the natural ones like Truvia. I can have Stevia in the Raw because it is the only stevia I have found that isn't mixed with erythritol.

    On the other hand, I have no reaction to other nasty artificial sweeteners like sucralose, therefore I occasionally drink the Mio waters.
