Beachbody Programs recommendations needed

I am looking to increase my home workout DVD collection with a new challenge. I want something intense/challenging but don't think I can do P90X as I cannot do any jumping. My sister has Hip hop Abs but I really don't like that one, the crunching movement while doing other moves too confusing for me.
I'm fairly intense in my workouts: (although have scaled back the past few weeks due to emergency surgery but will be resuming next week)
Monday I do treadmill & elliptcal for 45 minutes each followed by 45 min of strength training. Tuesday thru Thursday I do two fitness classes back to back every day followed by 450 cardio calories on a machine. The classes range fro yoga tone, turbo kick, step aerobics, to Zumba. Friday I do my cardio calories, one fitness class and an hour with my personal trainer (HIIT or basic circuit training). Weekends is when I workout at home, mostly using Jillian Michaels Dvds, which aren't bad.
I know that some of you will say I need to take days off and sometimes I will take Sunday off but I really enjoy working out and its just part of my daily routine. So any advice on the program you think would be a good fit will be very much appreciated!

Why don't you try Turbo Jam or Turbo FIre or ChaLEAN Extreme
I'm currently doing ChaLEAN Extreme which involves weights and RevAbs and a little bit of Turbo Fire all together.0 -
I enjoy Insanity, but there's jumping involved in that. I also enjoy Tae Bo--that's my fave. My cousin let me see her Turbo Fire and I tried to do it but I was lost LOL She looks great from only 4 wks though. You may want to try that. Or even Turbo Jam. I did try that one and I could actually keep up LOL0

I'm doing P90X right now, and entering Phase III tomorrow. I do recommend it. Regarding your concerns about the jumping--there are only two routines that incorporate any jumping: Pylometrics (which as a lot of it, it's called "jump training") and Cardio X, which has only a tiny amount of it. There are several P90X routines within the 12-DVD system. If you do P90X Lean, there is no jump training. (There is Cardio X, but he shows you how to modify the two jumping moves so you have alternatives). There is also an exercise called "Mary Katherine" in the legs workout, which is jumping into a lunge. I've never felt stable doing a lunge/jump thing, so I do the modified version of that one, which is just alternating lunges with your arms over your head. I guess in my usual long-winded way, I am trying to say that you can do P90X without worrying about the jumping aspect of it.0

I would say turbo fire but there is a lot of jumping, that's mainly the whole workout. You could still do it but modify maybe until you can jump. Turbo jam is the easier version on turbo fire, but I'm the kind of person who doesn't want easy..0

u would love turbo jam---I bought it only because I knew it had the modifier in it for my bad knees. Love this workout as the kickboxing is so gentle on the knees to begin with. I did a TJ DVD today and burned 402 calories--honest calories as I used my heart rate monitor.
I also have Chalene Extreme --love it as well but this is more of a strength training DVD although there is one DVD I think that is cardio. Between CE and TJ---its all I need0 -
I just finished P90X and started Turbo Fire this past week. I love them both, although Turbo Fire has a lot more jumping. That being said both programs show alternative movements, so I wouldn't use that as a deciding factor. Both programs are fantastic but, so far I'm enjoying Turbo Fire just a little bit more. It feels more like a dance class and I used to be a little bit of a dancer, so it doesn't feel like exercising. Both Chalene and Tony encourage you to really push yourself but NOT to overdo it. By pushing yourself you'll gradually improve over time and can do more the next time you workout. Since both programs they are pretty intense, you need to be serious about whichever one you choose. Good luck!0
