Ok so here is my question. Is going over on your calories when eating vegtables ok? I know that when you go over in calories it's not good but I guess I just was thinking that if I'm hungry then it would be best if I eat something and better vegtables than junk right? I've also heard of some vegtables being negative calorie foods in essence because it takes more calories to digest than are actually in the food itself. Any body else heard of this before?

calories are calories..no matter where you get them from.0

A calorie is the same no matter what you eat. I've been on Weight Watchers since last July.. at the beginning of the year they changed the program to allow us to eat all the fruits & veggies we wanted & not count them. People started gaining weight! Many of us (including me) have gone back to the old program & are losing weight again.0

Well, a calorie is a calorie is a calorie. But some have more nutrition than others. If you're going to go over, yes, eat a piece of fruit or some veggies and a nice big glass of water. You can keep it under 100 cal.
Better to do that than go over by eating a cupcake or a candy bar.
(P.S. My go-to munchie when I'm wanting to eat but don't have any calories left is popcorn. It's super filling, very satisfying, and like 50 calories for a billion cups.)0
