but see my join date is a couple years ago, so I was just really really slow in getting going!
Anyway, I got serious about the second week of February and so far have lost 11 lbs. I'm thrilled with my progress, this is the best success I have ever had. I'd like to lose 15-20 more lbs, but I'm already worried about maintaining.
Just thought I'd say "hi!"

to accomplish a big goal we need to concentrate on smaller more acheivable goals.
dont worry about maintaining right now, just concentrate on being healthy and eating healthy for life.
when you get to where you want it doesnt mean stop working out or stop eating healthy.0 -

Hey there! Welcome back? lol. Youre on the right track. Stay focused and you will be fine. Were almost in the same boat, I have approx 11 to go and they are coming off super slow, but I see amazing changes in my body so Ill take it.
