I am a 53 yr old mother and grandmother that has been through alot in my life..beatings, cheatings, kidnappings, abuse, injuries depression, prescription med addiction and alot of weight gain...I need all the support I can get..If anyone wants to add me as your friend I would appreciate any and all the support I can get..God Bless

Already added you my friend! I absolutely know you can do this! My suggestion is too make sure that from here on out you make sure you don't undermine yourself! Grocery shopping=healthy foods! What you don't have, you can't eat! If you snack between meals make it a healthy snack, vegetable, fruit, low cal ******** Cow cheese wedges (35 calories) We are not supposed to use name brands here LOL! Personally, our household grocery list is Fish, Poultry (including ground turkey which I use instead of ground beef), (We don't eat beef and pork, it is our personal preference. Beef makes me sick and Pork makes my husband sick!) Turkey Italian Sausage, Organic lower in salt Pasta Sauce, Whole Wheat Pasta, Dried Beans, All Veggies except Corn. Whole Wheat Tortillas, Fruit, whole grain brown rice, Whole wheat Udon noodles, yams, baby red potatoes, ******** Cow cheese wedges, string cheese, no sugar added apple sauce, eggs, non-fat cottage cheese, 1% milk, Oatmeal (Old Fashioned or steel cut), almonds, Olive oil, pan spray, Blue Agave Syrup (my sweetener-it is natural) Salt free herbs and spices! Now that was a mouthful! We have many wonderful dishes made with these items and our taste-buds are never unhappy! I do not deep-drench fry anything! I grill with pan spray, I steam, I broil, I bake, I stir fry (a tsp Olive oil)! We make everything from home made Turkey-black bean Chili which we had tonight to Thai food! I love the taste of good food and have not given it up! I have simply refined it to make it healthy!

every one of thoughts things you were not in control of, with this site your in control, YOU ARE!! you can do it and if you don't you;ll always have tomorrow to straighten it up and get it right, just remember this.......The days you don't feel like doing it, are the day you need to do it the most0
