I recently bought one of those Shake Weight's at Target. Even though I haven't used it a lot, it seems to be helping tone my arms.
Has anyone else used one of these?

I bought it in October, but then I had surgery a few weeks later so I stopped using it. I felt a little sore when I would finish the exercises but I didn't really notice a change in my arms. I should start using it again.0

I just started using the shake weight and love it. I've only been doing it for a week but I'm already seeing some definition in my arms. I do the 8 minute program three times in a row. I did some research on calorie expenditure and found that for every minute you do the shake weight you burn 18 calories. I found a lot of information on the internet about whether or not it's truly effective. So I've decided to see for myself. I am going to take weekly pictures of my arms to track my progress and if it really is as good as it says.0
