I started my journey to become healthy and change my lifestyle in January. When I had my little guy (2 years ago), I was over 200 lbs delivering him. I had placenta previa and was on bedrest for much of my pregnancy. After having him, I went down to 170 and eventually 165 (I'm 5'8.5".). In January, I realized something had to change. I didn't feel healthy. So I started counting calories and exercising. I am now down to 145 and I have hit a wall in losing that last 10 pounds to be at my pre-pregnancy weight. I realize that inches are what matter most, but I would like the scale to match if possible. My next pregnancy, I hope to be able to stay active and through this process be able to know how to maintain a healthy diet. (AND not give into those stupid pregnancy cravings for bad foods!)
