Random thought of today...

...I thought while I was making my breakfast this morning that, although I have never eaten masses (except for the odd over endulgence on take away on Christmas day) I did have a tendancy to eat at meals until I was feeling that full happy feeling, when I finished my breakfast this morning, I was by no means full but I was far from hungry... and with MFP I knew I had eaten enough and this gave me that happy feeling, it's the realisation of the fact that I don't need to eat to get to that full feeling, all I need to do is eat enough so that I am not hungry, and my current allowance is more than enough :o)

I think however I am struggling to get my naturally slim partner to understand why I need to use MFP at least at this stage... but I like to see everything in one place and it helps me to see a list of what I have eaten and how it matched up to my "Goals".

    ..and eventually those in our lives will accept some amount of 'OCD-ness' if we are being healthy. ^_^
