Hi! a friend referred me to this site this week and I love it! I have been trying to loose weight since my girls were born, yes, a decade ago. Always watched what I ate prior to, so went nutso pregnant. (At least the first time...52lbs nutso...whoa Mama!)), got within 10 lbs of pre baby weight, yup, pregnant again. Since then I have tried it all to loose. I was one of those people who didnt eat breakfast, ate nothing all day and ate supper, and more than likely add in the pre supper "snack" while cooking. I am here to day, finally...THAT DOES NOT WORK! Lol....about 6 weeks ago, statred eating breakfast, trying to eat again through the day, and so far so good. Want to dump the ever evil, lurking 15-20 lbs off me, FINALLY! Hope you all have a wonderful Saturday!

I lost over 90 pounds after packing it around for about a decade, and have ended up slimmer than when I graduated from high school. So I'm here to say you can do it! Lots of exercise, focus on good nutrition and portion control, and say goodbye to those extra pounds =)

WOW!!! Good for you! What an amazing transformation!! You must feel so good. Thing is, all along I always thought I was being "good" until MFP puts it right out there for you, easy to plan and follow...what a difference! I am going to do this the right way if it kills me. Been a diet pill popping, starve myself yet still chubby chick long enough! :)
