New to MFP

Hi there! My name is Meghan, and I am new to My Fitness Pal. I'm trying to learn to keep myself on track in my nutrition plan and avoid sweets, which are my biggest weakness. I used to be very moderate with my food intake, but over the last five years, and after having 2 kids, I've noticed I don't have the same control over my eating that I did in the past. Hopefully being here will help me out with that! Thanks for reading!
