25 G of Monounsaturated and 25 G of Polyunsaturated Fats rec

Hi all,

I would really appreciate some guidance on this MFP recommeded amount of good fats if someone with knowledge could please help?

1) Many nutrition labels do not list the amounts of these. I bought Omega 3-6-9, but even this suppliment does not list the amounts. How do I know I am getting enough?

2) Is there a RDA of these by FDA or any other credible guideline?


I track them when they are listed, but because it is a mystery I have no idea if I am getting anywhere close to the MFP recomendations and not exactly sure it is all that important to reach for the 25 G goal.
