calling all caffeine addicts!
Hey! I was hoping someone could help me with new caffeine ideas or basically ENERGY ideas. I think I'm immune to regular coffee and tea from drinking them so many years. I'm not a big soda fan either. So what is the best drink to give you a little boost?

the gym I used to go to had really good Java flavored workout shakes with extra energy packed in...perhaps you can find some type of shake to make with coffee or espresso? they were delicious!!0

I sometimes drink sugar free Red Bull. Coffee does nothing for me and I tried drinking Green Tea before a workout and that didn't go well with my stomach.0

I would lean towards something other than caffeine - like food that gives you energy.
Something that always works for me are eggs & peas scrambled with half a grapefruit.0 -
try protein shakes. you can make a regular shake, then buy some protein powder to add to it. plus you'll burn fat longer because protein is good for that0

If you're not hooked on caffeine yet, I sincerely suggest you don't start now.
I have a severe caffeine addiction.
I drink a gallon -- yes -- a gallon of Diet Coke every day.
As soon as I lose the weight, I want to kick the Diet Coke habit.
If you need a boost, perhaps you need more sleep or more exercise.
Protein also helps. Hard boil some eggs and only eat the whites. Pure protein helps fight off the drowsies.
Good luck to you.

I heard Beet juice is good for energy. But I don't know how good it might be.0
