Almost every day, I go way over on my protein. I eat lots of protein to keep me full, but I want to make sure I'm not over doing it. Is it okay to go over on protein? Or should I adjust my levels?

i say more protein the better, protein builds and maintains muscle which in turn burn fat, so of all the reading i have done people all say differently. I got more of a go for it than now have fun and good luck

MFP Protein figures are very low, you could easily consume double the standard amounts and it wouldn't be an issue.

1g per 1lb body weight is still safe (when weight training)

Around 40/45g a meal max is advised as thats about as much as we can consume in one taking.

I have swapped to very high protein and lower carbs and it is working well so don't worry about going over on Protein, its a good thing, what we need to feed are muscles :)

As stated above, if you're weight training, 1g/lb bodyweight is fine. Bodybuildiers consume around 2g/lb bodyweight.
Aim for 35-40% of your daily calories from protein.
