A mate mentioned about a powerbreathe machine after he found out I was asthmatic (sports induced).
I am wanting to know if anyone has used these things, and if they have noticed any improvement?
I sometimes feel like my asthma holds me back in my cardio sessions, even with the inhalers since you have to stop to take them interrupting a routine.

I'd be interested in this too...my pulmonary nurse (asthma and emphysema) didn't seem too keen on them and haven't seen my consultant to ask yet0
