So a few days ago I hit halfway to my goal of losing 100lbs this year I was semi excited but today I weighed and my BMI is below 30 so im no longer obese im just overweight yay! Cant wait to get the other 50 off and be in the normal range :drinker:

    SOOOOO exiciting; I remember when I hit that mark =) Now I'm just trying to go from overweight to ''normal" (whatever that means, lol)

    Congrats ... keep up the good work ... I just checked my BMI and I just crossed into the normal range for me .. just under 25 ...

    I just jumped the same hurdle last week. Never thought I'd be so happy to be 'overweight'. But geebus its nice to not be obese anymore.

    All sorts of crazy risks for cancer, heart attack, stroke, diabetes etc etc have just decreased drastically.

    Nice job!! I'm straddling the overweight/obese BMI right now and I hate it. Just hearing "obese" makes you cringe.
