Half Marathon Trainee's?

Hi all,

I am currently training for my first half-marathon in May and was hoping to find others on MFP who are doing the same!

It's wold be nice to trade advice, give support, and in general route each other on...so, if you are training for your 1st or your 50th half-marathon let's all connect!

Maybe share your name, age, race you are training for, your training goal, your race goal, and what your favorite thing about running is?

    I am training for my first half-marathon May 29 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. 16km Long Slow Distance run today....

    I love running because I don't find it easy so it gives a great sense of accomplishment.

    Was a runner in my younger days...but now that I am I can see what people talk about when they say a "runners high"!
    For weight loss running is great! Takes the your focus off of the scale and onto your stats!
