Wheatgrass powder/juice/supplements

Does anyone use any of these? what are your thoughts on this? I heard it was good stuff.

I saw wheatgrass shots being prepared a few years ago when it first became a craze...someone I know had a shot (extortionate price!) and their breath smelled like they'd chewed lawn grass! Their face pretty much said the same and to my knowledge they never touched the stuff again. Yep it was supposedly good for you but I cant say that i've read much on it. Google it and see...it was a massive craze but seems to have died down, not sure if thats testament enough.
